Description
The Ongoing Due Diligence Maker supports business due diligence reviews by processing customer cases and collecting the information needed to complete ongoing reviews. The temporary outsourced position focuses on documentation, customer contact and accurate case preparation so that due diligence requirements can be met.
Key Responsibilities
- Review assigned ongoing due diligence cases and identify the information or documents required for completion.
- Perform an initial gap assessment against the applicable customer due diligence checklist.
- Send the approved ODD form and document requirements to customers through registered communication channels.
- Follow up with customers and coordinate the receipt of documents by email or through branch channels.
- Check submitted information for completeness and organise it in the appropriate case record.
- Refer incomplete, inconsistent or unusual documentation to the relevant reviewer or team.
- Maintain accurate case status records and support timely progress of the ODD review queue.
Requirements and Qualifications
This is a temporary outsourced role based in Sharjah. It suits an organised administrative or banking operations candidate who can review documents carefully, communicate politely with customers and manage a queue of cases. Familiarity with KYC or due diligence processes is useful.
