The Manager – Product Management (Corporate AI) owns assigned AI products used by group leadership and corporate functions. The position turns user needs into practical AI-enabled services that reduce effort, improve decision quality and scale across the organisation. It manages the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements to launch and improvement, while paying close attention to trust, usability and sensitive executive data.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with corporate users to understand business decisions, pain points and product opportunities.
- Translate needs into product requirements, priorities, user stories and an actionable roadmap.
- Coordinate delivery, testing, evaluation, launch and iterative improvement with engineering and data teams.
- Define product measures and review performance, reliability, adoption and user feedback.
- Ensure responsible handling of sensitive information, human oversight and relevant governance controls.
- Communicate priorities, trade-offs, dependencies and results to senior users and delivery partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Around 3–6 years in digital or AI product management, product ownership or equivalent delivery roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing a product from requirements through launch and iteration.
- Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven products; executive-stakeholder experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as IT, business, finance, engineering or mathematics.
- Product-management or agile certification is helpful.
