This role supports investment decisions and portfolio performance through rigorous analysis, operational coordination and reliable reporting. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include investment administration, portfolio monitoring, asset performance, due diligence or transaction support. The postholder works with investment, finance, legal and business teams to maintain accurate information, evaluate opportunities and ensure that actions progress in line with agreed strategy and governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse financial, operational and market information to support investment and portfolio decisions.
- Maintain investment records, transaction schedules, approvals and reporting materials with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Support due diligence, valuation, business-case preparation and performance reviews for assets or investment opportunities.
- Coordinate actions across finance, legal, operations and external advisers, tracking dependencies and deadlines.
- Monitor portfolio metrics, risks and value-creation initiatives, escalating significant variances to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare structured analysis and decision materials that explain assumptions, scenarios, risks and recommended next steps.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in investments, corporate finance, portfolio operations, valuation or a related analytical discipline.
- Strong financial analysis, modelling, research and documentation capabilities.
- Understanding of governance, confidentiality, due diligence and risk assessment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and relevant financial or portfolio systems.
- Senior positions require sound commercial judgement and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
