Leasing Manager

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Leasing Manager position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, and work closely with relevant teams to achieve business and service objectives. Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial property activities with a focus on occupancy, tenant relationships, revenue performance, compliance, and timely execution. Research locations and market conditions, evaluate opportunities, and support negotiations for new leases, renewals, amendments, or exits. Maintain accurate lease records, critical dates, documentation, and performance reports. Build productive relationships with landlords, developers, tenants, legal teams, finance, store development, and operations. Support site selection, project handovers, and property-related decision making. Identify risks and opportunities early and recommend actions that improve portfolio performance and support the organization’s expansion plans.

Requirements

• Experience in retail leasing, property management, tenant relations, or commercial real estate is preferred, with strong negotiation capability for leasing positions.
• Leasing, tenant relations, market analysis, negotiation, property operations, reporting, stakeholder management are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
