Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create polished visual materials for hotel marketing and events. The role supports campaigns across digital and print channels, helping the team communicate promotions and experiences through clear, attractive and brand-consistent design. It is suited to a creative early-career designer who can manage multiple assignments, respond to feedback and deliver accurate artwork to agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as advertisements, banners, roll-up displays, posters, presentations and event branding.
- Create photo and video assets that support hotel promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Produce visual content for social media and print publications, adapting designs to different formats.
- Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all artwork and communication materials.
- Manage several design requests at once and keep files, revisions and delivery dates organized.
- Use Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop to prepare professional, high-quality artwork.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
- A creative portfolio showing layout, typography, image editing and visual communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications and Skills
A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field is preferred. Photo, video or motion-content skills can be useful.
