Description
The IT Graduate Programme is a structured development route for Emirati graduates seeking a long-term technology career. During an approximately 24-month journey, participants may experience quality engineering, service management, product management, architecture, delivery, software engineering, technology operations, employee digital experience and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete technical learning and practical assignments within the allocated technology teams.
- Support analysis, delivery, testing, documentation or service improvement for internal technology products.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, business stakeholders and support functions.
- Follow security, change, quality and operational standards when handling technology tasks.
- Present project outcomes and use mentor feedback to plan further development.
Requirements and Qualifications
- UAE national with passport and Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline from a UAE Ministry of Education-accredited institution, with minimum CGPA 3.0.
- Normally age 27 or below and no more than two years post-graduation experience.
- National service completed or permanently exempt where applicable; IELTS Academic 6.0 or TOEFL PBT 550, or accepted equivalent.

- Clear documentation, teamwork and communication.
- Foundational understanding of software, data, networks or IT services.
- Ability to learn new tools and apply feedback.
Employment Details
Approximately 24 months of structured development, with permanent employment from the start subject to programme conditions. The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates unless the recruitment team specifies another location.
