Group Security Hub Operations – Senior Security Agent

This security position helps protect people, facilities, aircraft, information and day-to-day operations. Work may include monitoring access, reviewing incidents, checking compliance with security procedures and coordinating with relevant teams so potential risks are identified and handled consistently. The team relies on consistent procedures, constructive collaboration and accurate information to meet service, quality and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas, activity and records for irregularities or security concerns.
• Carry out checks, inspections or investigations in line with established procedures.
• Document incidents, findings and corrective actions clearly and promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors, operational teams and authorised external agencies when required.
• Support emergency response, risk controls and ongoing improvement of security practices.
• Share useful observations with the supervisor and contribute to practical improvements in the assigned work area.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in security, aviation security, facilities protection, law enforcement or a related environment.
• Ability to follow security procedures and maintain accurate incident records.
• Required security, aviation or regulatory training where applicable to the assigned role.
• Meet any stated nationality, screening, shift or site-access conditions.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant experience, transferable skills or a clear ability to learn the duties.
