Factory Shift Supervisor

A shift-supervision position at Nestlé Waters KSA’s Almanhal Water Factory in Jeddah. The supervisor oversees operations during assigned day or night shifts, coordinates employees, maintains standards and supports safe, efficient production. The role requires hands-on leadership, accurate communication and the ability to resolve operational issues during a shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor operational employees during assigned shifts.
• Ensure teams follow policies, procedures and required operating standards.
• Coach, train and correct employees where necessary.
• Maintain a professional, productive and quality-focused work environment.
• Act as the operational manager on duty when required and address issues or complaints.
• Coordinate activities across the shift and ensure assigned work is completed.
• Monitor safety concerns and escalate operational risks promptly.
• Maintain accurate data and shift records and support effective handovers.

Requirements

• High school education or diploma.
• Supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to lead a larger group.
• Good computer skills and accurate data-entry capability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned day or overnight shifts and follow EHS procedures.
