Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Buyer - Personal & Home Care in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the organization’s operations and business objectives within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage buying activities for assigned personal and home-care categories.
• Evaluate products, suppliers, pricing and commercial opportunities.
• Support negotiations on cost, terms and lead times.
• Analyze sales, margins, inventory and performance.
• Coordinate availability with supply chain.
• Work with marketing and merchandising on launches.
• Identify assortment gaps and rationalization opportunities.
• Maintain supplier and buying reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain or related field.
• FMCG or consumer-goods buying experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Supplier negotiation capability.
• Good Excel and purchasing-system skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
