Job Overview: First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a candidate for the AVP, Islamic Coverage - Investment & Corporate Banking (Emiratized) position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on Islamic investment and corporate banking client coverage; Emiratized opportunity and contributes to banking services through accurate work, sound judgement and effective coordination. Role Context: This position is part of corporate and institutional client coverage. The position focuses on developing and managing relationships with organisations in its assigned sector or client segment. It. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key clients, senior contacts and relevant public or private-sector stakeholders.
- Understand client strategies, funding needs and operating priorities to identify suitable banking and advisory opportunities.
- Coordinate with product, credit, risk, operations and legal teams to prepare practical client solutions.
- Contribute to relationship plans, opportunity pipelines, portfolio reviews and business development priorities.
- Monitor client activity, market developments and relevant sector trends to support informed discussions.
Role Focus: Key priorities relate to Islamic investment and corporate banking client coverage; Emiratized opportunity. The employee should maintain accurate records, communicate progress and raise exceptions through the correct internal channel.
