Job overview: Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a Assistant Product Manager - Business Banking Segment (UAE National) to join its banking team in the United Arab Emirates. Support product development and management for the business banking segment. The role helps translate customer and business needs into practical product improvements, coordinates delivery and monitors product performance. The successful candidate will work with colleagues and stakeholders to support reliable service, sound decisions and the bank’s operating standards. This vacancy is intended for UAE Nationals.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of product propositions for business banking customers.
- Gather information on client needs, market conditions and competitor offerings to inform product improvements.
- Coordinate product documentation, approvals, system requirements and implementation activity with internal teams.
- Monitor product usage, customer feedback and business performance, highlighting areas for enhancement.
- Support marketing and sales teams with product information, training materials and customer communication.
- Maintain product records and assist with reporting, project tracking and issue resolution.
Requirements and qualifications

- Relevant exposure to banking products, business banking, product support or financial services is beneficial.
- Understanding of customer needs, product processes and cross-functional delivery is important.
- Demonstrated ability to organise work, manage priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
