Aircraft Technician – Line Maintenance Support

This aircraft maintenance role supports the safe and reliable operation of aircraft, engines, components or maintenance equipment. Work is performed in accordance with approved technical data, company procedures and applicable aviation regulations, with the level of independent sign-off depending on the role and licence held. The team relies on consistent procedures, constructive collaboration and accurate information to meet service, quality and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft, systems, components or equipment and identify defects or maintenance needs.
• Carry out assigned servicing, repairs, replacements and rectification work using approved instructions.
• Refer to aircraft and component manuals, task cards, job cards and technical records.
• Record completed work, findings and parts usage accurately for traceability.
• Coordinate with licensed engineers and other maintenance staff to resolve issues safely and on schedule.
• Share useful observations with the supervisor and contribute to practical improvements in the assigned work area.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant aircraft maintenance training, technical qualification or aviation engineering experience for the position.
• For licensed roles, the applicable aircraft maintenance licence and type authorisation are required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow aviation maintenance procedures.
• Meet role-specific safety, shift, medical and regulatory requirements.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant experience, transferable skills or a clear ability to learn the duties.
