Majid Al Futtaim is recruiting for End User Support Senior Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The End User Support Senior Specialist provides practical IT support to employees, helping maintain reliable access to workplace devices, applications and digital services. The role handles incidents and service requests, troubleshoots technical issues and supports a consistent end-user experience across the organisation. The successful applicant will help maintain dependable service and contribute to agreed operational or business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure and support end-user devices, peripherals, collaboration tools and approved applications.
- Record incidents, resolutions and user communications accurately in the service-management system.
- Escalate complex or recurring faults to specialist teams and follow through until service is restored.
- Support device lifecycle activities, standard configurations, knowledge articles and practical improvements to IT support processes.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, account, connectivity and workplace technology incidents within service expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, end-user computing or a comparable technical support role.
- A structured approach to troubleshooting and the ability to explain technical steps in plain language.
- Awareness of access controls, data confidentiality, device security and standard IT procedures.
- Strong customer service, prioritisation and collaboration skills.
Skills and Competencies
Useful strengths include desktop support, Windows and workplace applications, device setup, incident management, troubleshooting, documentation and user communication.
