Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview An organization in Dubai is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist for a four-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The position is suited to a recruitment professional with agency experience who can manage multiple vacancies, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate closely with hiring managers. The successful candidate will help deliver timely hiring outcomes while maintaining a professional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, and other relevant channels. • Review CVs, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Support high-volume recruitment activity and work toward agreed hiring timelines. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements. • Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process. • Keep recruitment activity organized and provide timely updates on candidate progress.Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience working with a recruitment agency is mandatory, along with demonstrated end-to-end recruitment and sourcing experience. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is listed as an estimated qualification. Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and should be available to join according to business requirements.Skills Strong communication, coordination, candidate-screening, and negotiation skills are important. Applicants should be comfortable managing several vacancies simultaneously, prioritizing workloads, using digital sourcing tools, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
