Payroll & HR Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll & HR Executive to become an integral part of our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce of over 3,000 employees, ensuring every salary cycle is completed with precision, timeliness, and full compliance with UAE Labour Law. Beyond payroll, you will serve as a key HR administration resource — managing attendance systems, leave records, employee documentation, and workforce compliance. You will play a vital role in coordinating visa renewals, Emirates ID processing, labour card documentation, and responding professionally to payroll queries from staff across the organization. This position requires a candidate who is not only technically proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel but also culturally adaptable, given the need to communicate effectively with a predominantly Hindi-speaking blue-collar workforce.
