Waitress – Lobby Lounge

Position Summary

We are looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu
• Prepare the outlet for service, including mise-en-place, table settings, and light cleaning tasks
• Take food and beverage orders while proactively upselling menu items
• Accurately process orders through the POS system, following all procedures for entering, voiding, or correcting items
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards
• Clear tables efficiently and ensure timely removal of used dishware
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties
• Accommodate guest requests for customized food or beverage preparation where possible
• Adhere to presentation and plating guidelines as set by the Food & Beverage Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section at all times
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and contribute to upholding the luxury guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or well-established restaurant
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
• Proficient in spoken English
