Team Leader (seasonal) – F&B Service – Jumeirah Burj AlArab

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Team Leader (Seasonal) to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team. As a frontline leader, you will oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and team efficiency in alignment with Burj Al Arab’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate key updates, assign duties, and reinforce service expectations.
• Delegate tasks based on team strengths and operational requirements while maintaining high motivation and engagement levels.
• Ensure compliance with F&B service standards and provide coaching and corrective feedback as needed.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management.
• Maintain and review service checklists, inventory reports, and other documentation to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, specialty beverages, and themed dining experiences to enhance guest interaction.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in accordance with hotel and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel, fine dining venue, or branded restaurant.
• Strong command of English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Russian, French, German, Spanish) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Micros, SevenRooms, Opera Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
• Confident in guest engagement and handling service recovery with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing diverse team dynamics.
