Intern – F&B Culinary – Jumeirah Burj Al Arab

We are offering a unique opportunity for a motivated Culinary Intern to join our F&B team at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. This internship is ideal for hospitality students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in a world-class luxury culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
• Support smooth kitchen operations in coordination with the service and stewarding teams.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen protocols.
• Recommend and support the creation of signature dishes and seasonal specialties.
• Help manage kitchen orders, inventory, and maintain kitchen systems and efficiency.
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation at all times.

About You

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or culinary school.
• Prior internship or work experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
• Available to start in August.
