Description

Objective

To ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment across office spaces and showrooms through efficient housekeeping services and adherence to facility maintenance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout offices, showrooms, and common areas
  • Sanitize high-contact surfaces such as desks, doorknobs, phones, and office equipment
  • Clean and disinfect restroom facilities, including sinks, toilets, and dispensers
  • Empty and dispose of trash from indoor bins and designated waste areas
  • Ensure all areas meet facility appearance and hygiene standards
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
  • Comply with all safety protocols and facility maintenance regulations

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior work experience in roles such as Office Assistant, Helper, Warehouse Operative, or Office Boy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and safe handling procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on operational needs
  • Capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Good verbal communication skills in English
