Accountabilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Align the Talent & Culture strategy with brand values, group objectives, and business goals
  • Partner with the Head of Business Entity and Executive Committees to drive a people-first culture
  • Contribute to cluster-level strategic planning and budgeting initiatives
Organizational Development
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable organizational culture
  • Design and execute talent development, succession planning, and career mapping across properties
  • Lead change management and cultural alignment initiatives
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment to attract high-caliber talent
  • Ensure a consistent and elevated onboarding experience
  • Build employer branding strategies and talent pipelines aligned with luxury hospitality standards
Learning & Development
  • Evaluate and implement hotel-specific and cluster-wide training programs
  • Monitor training impact and ensure completion of all mandatory and brand-led initiatives
  • Drive leadership development through coaching and mentoring
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a respectful and collaborative workplace via transparent communication and fair HR practices
  • Act as an advisor for conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
  • Lead employee engagement and recognition initiatives across the cluster
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure alignment with UAE labor laws and internal policy frameworks
  • Maintain updated SOPs, policies, and standards across properties
  • Analyze and report turnover, absenteeism, recruitment activity, and performance metrics
Compensation & Benefits
  • Benchmark salaries and benefits to stay competitive in the luxury hospitality segment
  • Oversee payroll operations in collaboration with Finance and external partners
Accommodation & Welfare
  • Maintain high standards of employee housing
  • Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance in staff accommodation
  • Evaluate occupancy and employee satisfaction, and optimize costs

Candidate Profile

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR Certification (preferred)
Experience & Competencies
  • 8–10 years of senior HR leadership, preferably within luxury hospitality
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regional HR practices
  • Proven success in managing multi-property portfolios
  • Strong interpersonal, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
