We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our dynamic team at Al Ain Hospital. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary care to patients with diverse medical needs, including common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions. Physicians may practice in one or more specialties such as family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, or anesthesiology and are expected to demonstrate clinical excellence, empathy, and effective communication.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and address concerns with sensitivity and clarity
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions with evidence-based approaches
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and clearly communicate results to patients
• Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and interventions
• Design individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes
• Provide lifestyle counseling on diet, hygiene, and preventive health
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Explain procedures in accessible terms and ensure patient understanding
• Collaborate with other physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Refer patients to specialized services when needed and ensure continuity of care
• Comply with medical ethics, laws, and regulatory standards including HIPAA

📋 Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Medical degree and successful completion of internship and residency
• Valid license and board certification to practice medicine
