Director of Anatomic Pathology

With a focus on organ- and disease-based sub specialization, digital pathology, and academic integration, we are seeking a Director of Anatomic Pathology to lead Surgical Pathology, Cytology, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Digital Pathology, and Tumor Board participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead surgical pathology, cytology, IHC, digital pathology, and subspecialty development.
• Oversee and advance all anatomic pathology services across multiple sites.
• Implement and scale digital pathology solutions, including AI-assisted diagnostics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to provide timely, accurate, and actionable pathology insights.
• Participate in tumor boards, ensuring expert input in complex cases.
• Support residency and fellowship training programs in pathology.
• Foster academic partnerships and contribute to publications, conferences, and professional networks.

Ideal Candidate:

• Board-certified pathologist with extensive experience in surgical pathology, cytology, and histopathology.
• Demonstrated leadership in digital pathology adoption and tumor board participation.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, quality, and education.
• Strong ability to mentor and inspire laboratory and clinical teams.
