Description

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Nursing Education Coordinator to lead and support educational initiatives that enhance clinical practice and nursing excellence. This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, and patient-centered care coordination, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards, institutional goals, and regulatory requirements.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care Coordination
  • Direct and oversee daily nursing care activities to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care
  • Promote interdisciplinary collaboration for optimal patient outcomes
2. Clinical Support & Policy Compliance
  • Act as a clinical resource for nursing units and liaise with nurse leaders and medical staff
  • Ensure adherence to all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
3. Education & Training
  • Conduct educational needs assessments and identify learning gaps
  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating nursing education programs
  • Support continuous professional development across the care team
4. Quality & Performance Improvement
  • Manage nursing operations and uphold procedural standards to maintain exceptional patient care
  • Implement performance enhancement strategies and monitor clinical outcomes
  • Enforce evidence-based nursing actions tailored to patient needs and care plans

📋 Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification (minimum 3-year study duration)
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
Licensure
  • Valid Nursing License in the United Arab Emirates
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate clinical nursing experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in nursing education (academic or clinical)
  • For UAE Nurses: Total of 5 years post-graduation experience
Skills & Competencies
  • Advanced clinical and patient management skills
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Proficiency in healthcare management systems and technology
