Visual Merchandising Trainee – Emiratisation

The Visual Merchandising Trainee - Emiratisation role helps bring products, campaigns and customer experiences to life through clear, attractive and commercially effective content or presentation. The position suits someone who combines creativity with attention to detail and reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, adapt or coordinate digital, social, visual or e-commerce assets in line with brand and campaign requirements.
• Translate briefs and business needs into clear customer-facing communication and compelling product presentation.
• Work with marketing, e-commerce, content, buying, stores and external partners to deliver work on time.
• Review quality, accuracy, layouts, product details and brand consistency before publication or implementation.
• Explore relevant trends, suggest fresh ideas and use feedback to improve future content and experiences. Additional focus includes contribute to daily visual merchandising execution and maintain individual brand standards across the store; prepare, organize and reposition merchandise across the shop floor with the team; assist with displays, installations, podiums and marketing activations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant background in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, content, merchandising or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, organisation and confidence working with digital tools and stakeholders.
