Buying Trainee – Emiratisation

The Buying Trainee - Emiratisation role helps build an attractive, commercially relevant product offer and ensures it is presented effectively across the business. The colleague will use customer insight, sales data and market awareness to support buying or merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support range building, product selection, ordering, allocation, launches and seasonal activity.
• Review sales, stock, sell-through, pricing and product performance to identify actions.
• Coordinate with brands, suppliers, stores, planning, marketing and visual merchandising teams.
• Keep product, order and reporting information accurate and prepare clear updates for stakeholders.
• Contribute to an organised, customer-led assortment that supports sales, availability and brand standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience or study in buying, merchandising, fashion, retail business or commercial analysis.
• Numerical confidence, Excel skills, organisation, product curiosity and strong communication.

Employment Details
