Description
Support information-security governance, risk and compliance activities by maintaining frameworks, controls, evidence and reporting across the bank. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.
Role Context
This role contributes to a professional banking environment where accuracy, responsible decision-making, customer focus and effective collaboration are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of information-security policies, standards and control frameworks.
- Coordinate control assessments, risk reviews, evidence collection and remediation tracking.
- Monitor compliance with security requirements and escalate control gaps or overdue actions.
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards and management information for security leadership.
- Coordinate with technology, risk, audit, compliance and business stakeholders on security matters.
- Support internal and external audits and track agreed remediation activities to closure.
- Contribute to security awareness, process improvement and governance maturity initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, technology, risk or a related field.
- Experience in security governance, GRC, risk management or technology controls.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, policies, risk assessments and audit requirements.
- Strong documentation, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.
