Management Trainee

Emirates Fast Food Company is recruiting Management Trainees for its restaurant operations in the UAE. This opportunity is intended for candidates who want to develop a career in food service and progress towards restaurant management. The programme provides an introduction to the main areas of restaurant operations and is designed to build practical knowledge, confidence and leadership capability. Trainees can expect to learn through day-to-day operational exposure, guidance from experienced team members and increasing responsibility as their skills develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in structured on-the-job learning across the key activities involved in running a quick-service restaurant.
• Develop an understanding of customer service standards and support the team in delivering a positive guest experience.
• Learn food preparation, service and workplace hygiene procedures relevant to restaurant operations.
• Understand how daily activities are organised, including team coordination, service flow and the handling of routine operational tasks.
• Build knowledge of stock handling, product availability and the importance of maintaining orderly work areas.
• Work with supervisors and colleagues, respond constructively to feedback and demonstrate readiness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Develop the communication, problem-solving and people-management skills needed for future supervisory duties.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and early-career applicants may be considered for the trainee pathway.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma is preferred; candidates with relevant hospitality, business or food-service education may find it useful.
• Previous experience in food and beverage or retail operations can be an advantage, particularly where it includes team support or supervisory tasks.
• Good communication, a positive attitude, willingness to learn and an interest in restaurant operations are important.
• English communication is required for day-to-day workplace interaction; Arabic language ability may be an advantage.
• Candidates should be prepared to learn through practical restaurant work and follow operational instructions.
