Server

The Server helps deliver a positive dining experience by welcoming guests, coordinating orders and maintaining clean, safe service areas. The role works closely with the kitchen, cashier and wider service team to provide accurate, timely service while following hygiene standards and supporting restaurant performance. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and supports the service team in the restaurant operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when welcoming guests and assisting colleagues during service.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, cashier and service teams to ensure correct orders and timely delivery.
• Assist with seating, table clearing and other service activities during busy periods.
• Build positive relationships with guests and respond respectfully to requests or feedback.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, allergen-awareness and safe food-handling procedures.
• Keep tables, utensils and service areas clean and ready according to brand and regulatory standards.
• Support new colleagues by sharing menu knowledge, order-taking steps and service practices.
• Handle bills and payments accurately, monitor service supplies and promote relevant menu items or daily specials.

Requirements and Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality or customer-service certificate is an advantage.
• One to two years of service or customer-facing experience in Food and Beverage or hospitality.
• Strong communication, teamwork and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, hygiene and order-taking procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and billing is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer-service certificate is an advantage. Candidates should also demonstrate the role-related skills listed above and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
