F&B Supervisor

F&B Supervisor is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine guest concerns and support service recovery when issues arise.
• Check supplies and equipment, report shortages and coordinate with kitchen or management teams.
• Assist with staff training, shift handovers, records and operational improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service or hospitality, including some responsibility for coordinating colleagues.
• Strong guest-service skills and the ability to remain composed during busy periods.
• Awareness of hygiene, food safety, cleanliness and outlet procedures.
• Good communication, attention to detail and practical leadership.
