🏦 About the Business Area

Private Banking provides high-net-worth clients with comprehensive banking and investment services to effectively manage their financial needs. Our dedicated bankers deliver a wide range of solutions to meet clients’ investment and borrowing requirements, including complex loan structuring and wealth preservation strategies, tailored to each client’s individual needs.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Attract new-to-Bank (NTB) clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing ones, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Service Excellence – Provide day-to-day banking services, resolve client issues promptly, and gather client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Wealth Solutions – Collaborate with internal specialists to develop tailored wealth management solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities.

• Risk & Compliance – Ensure transaction accuracy, adhere to regulations, policies, and credit guidelines, and recommend risk-mitigating measures.

• Credit & Lending Support – Prepare structured proposals, convey key information to Lending and Financing teams, and prepare call reports as per senior management instructions.

• Continuous Improvement – Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to enhance ADCB’s client offerings, products, and service standards.

✅ Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a commercial/universal bank in a client-facing relationship management role with high-net-worth clients

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

• Proven skills in client service, acquisition, and portfolio growth
