Role: Executive Manager – Private Banking

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Leverage professional and internal networks to attract new high-net-worth clients and maximize synergies across the bank.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day banking and timely resolution of all issues.

  • Product Solutions: Partner with internal specialists to deliver tailored wealth management solutions across asset management, lending, and succession planning. Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagement.

  • Risk Management: Ensure transactions and services are executed accurately, adhering to all policies and regulations to mitigate risks.

  • Policies & Compliance: Follow all organizational standards, processes, and guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

  • Self-Management: Align with ADCB’s people policies to optimize personal contribution to business performance.

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate ADCB’s Promise and Service Standards in every client interaction.

✅ Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years in commercial/universal banking in a relationship management role, focused on high-net-worth clients

  • Proven experience in capital markets solutions, hedge funds, and private equity products

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong client acquisition and servicing skills

  • Ability to network and build stakeholder relationships

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
