The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) delivers a comprehensive suite of corporate banking services, including investment and transaction banking, as well as financial market solutions. 🔹 Role: Senior Head – Credit Distribution

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the Group’s strategic vision, translating it into operational business plans and ensuring delivery through performance monitoring and corrective actions.

  • Credit Distribution: Lead ADCB’s Credit Distribution business, aligning with client needs and maintaining market competitiveness.

  • Origination & Sales: Drive origination, structuring, pricing, and execution of credit distribution transactions in line with risk appetite and profitability goals.

  • Market Intelligence: Oversee due diligence, risk monitoring, and implementation of hedging strategies to safeguard exposures.

  • Leadership: Manage and mentor teams, ensuring engagement, capability development, and strong performance culture.

  • Change Management: Champion transformation and innovation through change initiatives and best practice implementation.

  • Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to meet internal and regulatory standards while ensuring best-in-class delivery.

  • Customer Service: Apply ADCB Service Standards in all internal and external interactions to maintain excellence in service delivery.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FI Sales, Structured Derivatives, and Credit Solutions

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong expertise in credit distribution strategies, risk management, and transaction structuring

  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

  • Ability to drive profitability while balancing risk and compliance
