Finance Manager

The Finance Manager acts as a finance partner to cinema leadership and operating teams across several markets. The position turns financial and operational information into useful recommendations and supports budgets, forecasts, performance reviews, investment decisions and food-and-beverage margin management. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable day-to-day delivery and maintain a professional approach when dealing with colleagues, customers, partners or service providers. Work should be completed accurately, on time and in line with applicable company procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and commercial teams to review site and portfolio performance.
• Lead budgets, rolling forecasts and annual operating plans for revenue and costs.
• Prepare variance analysis and explain the key drivers behind financial results.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reports for decision-makers.
• Review food-and-beverage revenue, margins and cost performance.
• Support investment evaluations and recommend actions to improve business results.
