Foreman – Maintenance

The Foreman - Maintenance coordinates maintenance activities and supports service delivery across assigned facilities. The role connects technicians, occupants and management, helping ensure jobs are prioritized, inspections are completed and work orders are closed with suitable records. Safe working practices and timely communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, tenants or occupants about maintenance needs and work progress.
• Monitor jobs against service-level requirements and agreed performance indicators.
• Conduct inspections, organize snag rectification and support handover or HOTO activities.
• Deliver toolbox talks, check PPE, reinforce housekeeping and report workplace safety risks.
• Maintain daily reports, material requests, work-completion records and equipment inspection documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

A diploma or ITI in mechanical, electrical, air-conditioning or a related discipline is required; facilities-management certifications are an advantage. Candidates should be able to coordinate technicians, keep records and follow site safety requirements.
