Billing Engineer

Royal Classic is looking for an experienced and commercially astute Billing Engineer to join its project team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role sits at the intersection of quantity surveying, contract administration, and project financial management — making it an excellent fit for construction professionals who are highly detail-oriented and well-versed in construction billing processes. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting interim and final payment applications, verifying quantity measurements against BOQs, managing variation orders and claims, and maintaining meticulous billing and invoice records throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinating closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, consultants, and clients, you will ensure that all billing activities are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with contract requirements. Experience across civil, infrastructure, roads, buildings, or railway projects is highly valued. Candidates who are already based in the UAE and familiar with the local construction and contracting environment will be given priority.
