Description
The digital experience internship offers practical exposure to improving online customer journeys and supporting digital projects. The intern assists with research, content or experience checks, data review and coordination between relevant teams. Curiosity, care with details and a willingness to learn are important, along with respect for deadlines and established processes. The successful candidate is expected to approach assigned work professionally, follow established procedures and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers. Work should be completed carefully, with issues raised early rather than left unresolved.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with team members to test updates, report issues and document observations clearly.
- Prepare simple summaries or presentations to communicate findings and progress.
- Follow brand, privacy and data-handling guidelines when working with internal materials or user information.
- Assist with reviewing digital pages, user journeys and online content for clarity, accuracy and consistency.
- Support basic research, competitor checks and collection of feedback or performance information.
- Help maintain project trackers, content lists, meeting notes and follow-up actions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current study or recent training in digital media, business, technology, marketing or a related area is helpful.
- Interest in digital experiences, user needs and continuous improvement.
- Comfort using office applications and learning new online tools.
- Good written communication, organisation and willingness to ask questions when requirements are unclear.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks responsibly and work collaboratively.
