Exterior 3D Visualizer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior 3D Visualizer with strong rendering expertise to join our Marketing division. The role involves working closely with architectural teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality 3D visuals and presentations that bring our iconic projects to life and communicate them effectively to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and handle Architectural CAD Drawings
• Develop 3D Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering, and Walk-through animations using 3D Studio Max
• Create photo-realistic exterior, interior, and landscape visuals using V-Ray/Corona Renderer
• Convert data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages into efficient models
• Execute Post-Production and 2D image compositing using Photoshop, After Effects, or Nuke
• Enhance visuals and animations with plug-ins and special effects software

Education:

• Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited institution
