The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances with expert advice and a full suite of specialist products and services, both conventional and Shari’ah-compliant. RBG is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer service.

We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Specialist – Privilege Club, working alongside passionate colleagues redefining excellence in UAE banking.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Identify potential new clients and strengthen existing client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and offering value-added financial advice. Convert leads into new Privilege Club clients and grow sustainable revenues by achieving sales and growth targets.

  • Wealth Management – Drive Privilege Club product penetration within assigned client base, ensuring clawback ratios remain within tolerance levels.

  • Portfolio Management – Manage and grow customer portfolios by cross-selling, upselling, and retaining clients to ensure profitability and depth of relationships while minimizing risks. Collaborate with Risk Management to support sustainable asset growth.

  • Customer Engagement – Regularly meet clients to assess needs, recommend solutions, and ensure KYC records are updated in compliance with policies.

  • Volume Delivery – Set and achieve KPIs to deliver financial targets.

  • Policies & Procedures – Adhere to organizational and departmental processes, ensuring consistency and service excellence.

  • Self-Management – Align personal performance with ADCB’s people management practices to maximize contribution.

  • Customer Service – Apply ADCB’s Service Standards to deliver excellence across all interactions.

✅ Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of Relationship Management experience in Banking/Financial Services

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

  • Mandatory certifications:

    • Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) UAE Accredited

    • International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management (Level 3)

    • UAE Financial Rules and Regulations

  • Strong understanding of Retail Banking products and services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
