We are actively seeking a Relationship Specialist – Privilege Segment to join our Retail Banking team and work with like-minded professionals redefining excellence in UAE banking.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by reviewing and analyzing their changing needs.
• Assist in developing plans that manage relationships, anticipate customer needs, and provide tailored financial solutions to achieve higher wallet share and improved Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Source and implement Privilege Club product penetration while maintaining clawback ratios within acceptable levels.
• Manage customer portfolios by sourcing and recommending new products and services that meet client needs, increase profitability, and reduce risks.
• Regularly meet with customers to understand requirements and deliver suitable financial solutions.
• Ensure adherence to all organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Manage personal performance in line with ADCB’s people management policies to maximize contribution to business goals.
• Demonstrate ADCB’s Promise and uphold service standards in all internal and external interactions.

✅ Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of Relationship Management experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Mandatory certifications:
  • Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) UAE Accredited
  • International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3)
  • UAE Financial Rules and Regulations certification

• Competitive Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month + participation in performance-based variable pay plans.
