What You’ll Do

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our tech infrastructure across multiple retail and warehouse locations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, supporting end users, and keeping IT operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support for end users (hardware, software, and network).
  • Manage Active Directory: user provisioning, group policies, and security configurations.
  • Administer and troubleshoot mobile devices and apps using Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki devices (routers, switches, wireless APs).
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows/macOS systems, printers, and handheld PDAs.
  • Use ITSM tools like Jira and Snipe-IT for ticket management and asset tracking.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Oversee IT operations in warehouse environments, ensuring reliability and uptime.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential IT disruptions.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and maintain IT SOPs.
  • Collaborate with IT team members and third-party vendors.
  • Comply with company IT policies and security standards.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience managing Active Directory and resolving related issues.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Intune and MDM platforms.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of IT systems.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Snipe-IT, or other ITSM tools.
  • Understanding of IT inventory management best practices.
  • Prior experience supporting IT in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
