Hyatt Regency is looking for a Guest Services team member who can provide attentive assistance throughout the guest journey. This role helps create a positive stay by listening to requests, sharing accurate information and coordinating with the right colleagues to provide timely solutions. The ideal candidate is service-minded, patient and well organized, with the ability to manage competing requests while protecting guest privacy and following hotel procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest questions and service requests in a friendly, clear and professional manner.
• Understand each request, record relevant details and coordinate with the correct hotel department.
• Follow up on open requests and share progress updates when appropriate.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and communicate important information during shift handovers.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and applicable procedures.
• Handle guest information discreetly and follow security, safety and service-quality standards.
• Refer complaints or unusual situations to a supervisor when further authority is needed.

Requirements

• A courteous and dependable approach, with good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize tasks, communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work according to hotel operating needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous hospitality experience or relevant training is beneficial. Candidates should be comfortable using basic digital tools, maintaining accurate service notes and responding calmly when guest needs change quickly.
