Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executive – Etisalat to join our team. This role focuses on promoting Etisalat’s telecom plans to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati clients, while delivering outstanding customer service across multiple communication channels.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion
  • Promote and sell Etisalat telecom plans tailored to different customer segments
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to potential clients
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue
Customer Service Excellence
  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions to customer queries and concerns
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude consistently
  • Build trust and foster strong customer relationships through interactive communication
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure satisfaction
Communication & Process Adherence
  • Follow communication protocols and company policies accurately
  • Assess customer needs and respond with appropriate resolutions
  • Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints precisely
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service efficiency
  • Escalate trends and insights from customer interactions to team leaders
Product Knowledge
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Etisalat’s offerings to answer customer questions confidently
  • Stay updated with product changes and service enhancements

📌 Requirements

Experience & Education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer care, or front desk role
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Certification in customer service is a plus
