Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our mall visitors, delivering seamless, personalized, and high-standard service at our Customer Service Information Desk. Your role will be crucial in shaping unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence and upholding the Majid Al Futtaim brand.

🛍️ Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-to-day operations at the Customer Service Desk run smoothly and in line with MAF procedures.
  • Stay fully informed about mall facilities, store locations, promotions, and events to provide accurate assistance.
  • Answer customer inquiries in person or via phone with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns within SLA timelines, following internal complaint-handling procedures.
  • Manage and execute the Gift Card program accurately and securely as per policy.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in premium malls, luxury hospitality, or the retail sector within the GCC or internationally.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, courteous, and solution-focused approach to guest engagement.
