- Lead and coordinate HVAC commissioning activities across all phases of the project.
- Review HVAC system designs, drawings, and technical documents for compliance and constructability.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, schedules, and method statements.
- Manage functional testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance verification of HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, control systems, and pressurization systems.
- Interface with EPC contractors, construction teams, QA/QC, and vendors to ensure commissioning readiness.
- Conduct HVAC system balancing, airflow testing, and control integration checks.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning records, test reports, punch lists, and handover documents.
