Senior Associate, Community Management – Tilal Al Ghaf

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Associate, Community Management - Tilal Al Ghaf to support supporting the management, development, leasing and customer experience of Majid Al Futtaim’s property and community portfolio. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is structured as a full-time opportunity. The role supports community operations, facilities coordination, customer complaints, HSE, service providers and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, compliance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate property, leasing, community, asset-management or project activities according to approved plans and procedures.
• Work with tenants, owners, residents, consultants, contractors, service providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor service standards, budgets, projects, compliance requirements, customer feedback and operational performance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, trackers, business cases or documentation for management review.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, follow-ups or stakeholder meetings where required by the role.
• Identify operational or commercial improvement opportunities and support timely implementation of agreed actions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the position.
• Typical relevant experience: 3 - 5 Years; candidates should review the employer's requirements for the exact role.
