NesTalent Trainee, Commercial Development

A graduate development opportunity within Nestlé MENA’s NesTalent programme, designed to build commercial capability through structured learning, hands-on projects and exposure to sales and commercial development. The role provides practical experience in understanding customers, channels, categories, shopper needs and growth opportunities while working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support category, channel and customer analysis using market and business information.
• Contribute to commercial plans, customer initiatives and execution priorities.
• Help translate consumer, shopper and customer insights into practical growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Work with sales, marketing and other functions to support commercial projects.
• Track actions, timelines and project outcomes and communicate progress clearly.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a relevant bachelor’s degree and strong academic record.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing and commercial development.
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-functional environment.
• Fluent English and willingness to learn and take ownership.
