Description
Ounass is seeking an Associate Planner on a contract basis to support merchandise planning and commercial reporting. The role assists the planning team with sales and stock analysis, forecasts, inventory monitoring and trading updates, helping ensure that products are available in line with customer demand and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing merchandise plans, forecasts and regular performance reports.
- Track sales, stock, sell-through and category performance and highlight significant changes.
- Support open-to-buy and inventory reviews using approved planning data.
- Coordinate with Buying and Merchandising teams on product availability and replenishment.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers and planning records for the assigned categories.
- Help identify stock risks, trading opportunities and follow-up actions for the planning team.

- Show strong numerical ability and an interest in retail or merchandise planning.
- Be comfortable working with spreadsheets, data and routine reporting tasks.
- Communicate clearly with buying, merchandising and finance colleagues.
- Manage details accurately and meet agreed deadlines in a fast-moving business.
