Associate Buyer – Womens

Ounass is seeking an Associate Buyer to support the Womenswear Buying team through product research, selection, ordering and inventory coordination. The role helps deliver seasonal assortments that reflect customer preferences and commercial priorities while ensuring that suppliers, internal teams and product records remain aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Research local and international suppliers and assist with selecting merchandise for the Womenswear assortment.
• Support buying trips, collection reviews and discussions with brand and supplier representatives.
• Prepare and manage product orders in line with agreed buying plans.
• Coordinate with planning and merchandising teams to monitor stock, deliveries and product availability.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing and order information and follow up on outstanding details.
• Use sales and market information to support decisions about assortment performance and customer demand.

Requirements

• Show an interest in womenswear, luxury fashion, product trends and retail buying.
• Be detail-oriented when managing orders, product information and supplier communication.
• Work effectively with buying, planning, merchandising and other business teams.
• Demonstrate strong organisation, numerical awareness and willingness to learn commercial processes.
