Project Coordinator – Internship

Ounass is offering a Project Coordinator internship within its technology environment. The intern supports Scrum Masters and delivery teams by coordinating Agile ceremonies, tracking tasks and blockers, maintaining project documentation and helping teams stay aligned on priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain Jira boards, sprint trackers and project documentation.
• Track tasks, deadlines, blockers, risks and dependencies across technology workstreams.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items and basic sprint reports.
• Follow up on open actions and provide updates to the Scrum Master.
• Support Agile metrics, coordination between Product, Engineering and Design, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Show an interest in project coordination, technology delivery and Agile ways of working.
• Be organised and comfortable tracking several tasks at the same time.
• Communicate clearly and prepare accurate meeting notes and updates.
• Be willing to learn Jira, Scrum practices and software development processes.
