The Manager – Finance (FP&A) provides leadership with timely financial analysis that supports planning, performance management and business decisions. The role reviews results across business units, channels and general-ledger areas, with focus on sales, margins, overheads, inventory and capital expenditure. It combines recurring management reporting with budgeting, strategy planning, balance-sheet and cash-flow reviews, scenario analysis and process improvement. The manager should turn financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations rather than simply report numbers.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic financial performance reports for management, highlighting performance gaps, key drivers and actions for review.
- Analyse sales, margin, overhead, inventory and capital-expenditure trends by business unit, channel and relevant ledger area.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasts, strategic planning and scenario analysis using business assumptions and performance data.
- Review balance-sheet positions and cash flow to help management understand risks, commitments and financial priorities.
- Work with brands, countries and cross-functional teams to discuss results and agree proactive or corrective actions.
- Improve reporting and planning processes through automation, clearer procedures and more efficient data handling.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Approximately seven to eight years of relevant finance experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting; a relevant professional accounting qualification may be advantageous.
- Experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial-performance analysis.
- Strong numerical reasoning, communication and ability to explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders.
Required Skills
Key capabilities include financial modelling, variance analysis, forecasting, scenario planning and advanced spreadsheet use. Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools is helpful, as are strong ownership, accuracy and a continuous-improvement mindset.
